With the Nyos ION-B System, you have at your disposal a perfectly calibrated state-of-the-art dosing system for modern marine aquariums. The system is designed to be simple and intuitive, and it can be individually adapted to the needs of your aquarium.

With just two solutions, you can:

• Replace consumed calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity
• Perform an ion balance adjustment
• Stabilize the pH value in the range of 8.0–8.3
• Replace and adjust all necessary trace elements according to consumption

Available Sizes:

• 1,122g (for 3 L finished solution) contains 216,000 mg Ca
• 2,245g (for 6 L finished solution) contains 432,000 mg Ca

The ION-BALANCED CA/MG+ powder mix allows you to prepare a concentrated solution to increase calcium and magnesium. It is part of the Nyos® ION-B method.

• Yields 3 liters of finished solution (1,122g can) or 6 liters of finished solution (2,245g can)
• Increases calcium and magnesium
• Additionally contains magnesium, strontium, potassium, and boron for ion balancing

Application:

• 1,122g can: Dissolve the entire contents of the can in 2.4 liters of RO (reverse osmosis) water. This yields 3 liters of CA/MG+ solution.
• 2,245g can: Dissolve the entire contents of the can in 4.8 liters of RO water. This yields 6 liters of CA/MG+ solution.
• Adjust the dosage to compensate for the daily consumption of calcium.
• One liter of ION-B CA/MG+ contains approximately 72,000 mg Ca.
• Dosage guideline: 5–10 ml per day per 100 L of aquarium water.
